FAQ

We hope this page will answer a few questions you might have about the site. If not please use the contact us page to submit a new one and we will add it here.

For a review to be submitted there needs to be a supplier listing in place. You can submit a listing here or alternatively you can use the contact us page for us to add it for you.

If you currently own the listing(you submitted it or claimed it) then you are not allowed to review it (in turn you can reply to reviews though).

This is to ensure a fair system and reduce the potential of fake reviews. You can request we submit a review for you or you can ask we take over ownership if you don’t really own the listing.

Firstly you need to register or login. Then go to the events page and click create new a event.

The Wedding Review Site wants to promote an open and honest atmosphere. Every review written is moderated by one of our team to ensure it’s in accordance with our terms and agreements. We have a flag system to flag user submitted content if someone believes its outside of our terms and agreements, where we will moderate the flag.

We understand that receiving a bad review can be hard to read, that’s why we give the opportunity for suppliers to reply to the review. You need to claim your listing to do this.

Our terms and agreements can be found here.

By entering your address brides and grooms can use the proximity search to find your business – for example they can enter a postcode maybe their own or their wedding venue and this will show all the wedding suppliers in that area

You can upgrade your listing by logging in, navigating to your listing and clicking manage
